Bright Star Photo Batteries Flash Bulb Testing Camera dealer Advertising Display
Here is a unique item from the 1950s
Tin metal display for batteries and has the original tester
The display is in good condition
No dents
Has some fading of the inks
With 6 batteries
2 x AA
2 x C
2 x D
Battery expiration dates in the 1950s (see photo)
The tester used to be attached to the display somehow
The person I bought it from said they used the tester so much they took it off the display and added velcro (see close up pictures)
I tested a good AA battery and when I pushed the side button, it flipped from red to green
However when I tested a flash bulb, I didn't get a result (stayed red)
