    Ciro Guillotine Super 8 8mm Film Splicer In Box Made In Italy CIR Vintage.  Near mint condition - very well cared for and stored properly for many years until this sale.  Assuming it works but I have no way to test.  All pieces appear to be present and none appear to be damaged.  A great find for a collector/user.  Ships USPS Flat Rate Envelope.
